Volunteering Small Grants Programme 
2019-2020 - NOW OPEN

We are happy to announce that DfC have managed to secure funding towards the Volunteering Small Grants Programme for 2019/2020.  These small grants are a lifeline to the voluntary/community sector and we welcome this encouraging development. .

To be eligible for grant assistance (minimum award £200 – maximum award £1,200) organisations must not have an annual income exceeding £100,000 per year.  
 
Examples of grant awards would be for meeting the volunteer out-of-pocket expenses of an organisation, supporting the recruitment of new volunteers, providing travel, training or small running costs like heat or light etc.  


Please beaware you will probably only have 3 months to spend grant ie January - March, therefore do not apply for a full years insurance/rent as this will be pro-rated down to 3 months.
 

 
The deadline for return of completed applications is  12noon 28 October 2019
 

The application form should be completed and emailed along with all the supporting documents
(constitution; volunteer policy; bank statement; accounts/income & expenditure) to the following email address:
