NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.

Help children speak out and stay safe. Our Speak out Stay Safe programme is protecting a generation of children against abuse one primary school at a time and we want you to join us. As our volunteer, you'll visit local schools giving assemblies to children aged 4-11 and classroom workshops to 9-11 year olds. You'll help them to understand abuse and give them the confidence and courage to speak out and seek help if they ever need it. By delivering our programme to at least two schools a month, you'll be making a massive difference, helping us fight for every childhood in your local school's community. It's why we're here and we cannot do it without you.
Young Witness Supporter
The NSPCC’s Young Witness Service is recruiting volunteers to support young people who may have to give evidence in criminal trials as victims or witnesses. Volunteer involvement is usually during office hours on week days with occasional evenings. You must have an interest in and experience of working with children, and have a driving licence or access to transport. The NSPCC’s Young Witness Service is a free, independent and confidential service, provided by a team of social work staff and volunteers - full training and out of pocket expenses will be provided. Whilst it can be challenging, this is an extremely worthwhile and rewarding role that supports children through a very difficult period in their lives.
Do you like working in a team, having a laugh and helping to organise an event? Join a new NSPCC support group in Cookstown/Magherafelt and have fun raising money to help vulnerable children. NSPCC are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to give a minimal time commitment to help raise cash and raise the profile of the charity. We need to organise a couple of events each year and need a team of willing hands to help with these.
