Mid Ulster Befriending
Supporting people live well with dementia
Befriending service is for people in the early stages of dementia living within the Mid Ulster area.
Befriending provides opportunity for:
People living with dementia to receive support either on a one to one basis or as part of a group. Both provide opportunity for you to have fun, develop/maintain hobbies and interest, share what’s happening for you and make new friends.
Have you time to spare? Want to make a difference to someone living with dementia and develop new skills. Why not consider becoming a volunteer? For further information contact the Volunteer Centre on 028 7930 1862 or Katerina Gillen the new Befriending Manager for Mid Ulster on 077 0347 0746 .
